special reminder:

1. Before the pump works, the pump must be filled with water, otherwise the mechanical seal will cause water leakage;

2 , when the temperature is below zero, after the work is completed, the water in the pump must be drained, otherwise the pump box will be broken due to icing;

3. When the water source contains sediment and debris, the mechanical seal should be strictly prevented from inhaling the sediment and long fibers;

4 , within the normal self-priming height, 2 minutes after the pump starts , there is no water, please stop the inspection immediately!

5. The user is responsible for the losses caused by the above reasons.

In order to ensure the pump's good self-priming performance, it must meet:

1. When the pump is working, the liquid inventory in the pump must be higher than the pump shaft. The installation of the inlet pipe must be more than 150mmabove the center of the pump shaft .

2 , the inlet piping system must not leak air, the suction port must not be in the water to prevent air inhalation

3. The pump outlet should be installed with a straight pipe not shorter than180mm , and then connected to the elbow.
