The T4-1CC tank container, model HT2501.1CC, is designed for the safe transportation of diesel, complying with stringent international standards including NB/T 47064-2017, the IMDG Code (2022), and GB/T 150.1~150.4-2011. With a design pressure of 0.177 MPa and a design temperature of 65°C, the container operates within a working temperature range of -40°C to 50°C and a working pressure below 0.1 MPa. The tank body, constructed from 16MnDR steel, features a dished head design and an internal diameter of Φ2388 mm, offering a capacity of 25.3 m³ and a maximum payload of 31,800 kg.
Designed for multimodal transport (road, rail, and sea), the container meets T4/TP1 specifications and is equipped with a DN80 vapor shut-off valve, a DN50PN10 flange-connected level gauge with remote transmission, and a safety valve set at 2.21 kg. The container's mechanical operating system ensures reliable bottom discharge, while its robust 1CC frame supports a stacking mass of up to 216,000 kg. Surface treatment includes sandblasting and painting, with no additional insulation required.
With a service life of 15 years and corrosion allowance of 0.15 mm, this container is ideal for high-speed and graded road transport, providing a secure and efficient solution for hazardous liquid logistics.
